Plain-language summary: This site is a discovery hub for AI tools, websites and apps. We list, rank, and sometimes review third‑party products. We don’t sell the listed products. Use the site at your own risk; always check official sources before you sign up or buy anything. See the full terms below.

1) Who we are

Operator: AI Tools PLease LTD, trading as aitoolsplease.com
Registered address: Birmingham, UK
Country of establishment: UK
Contact: contact@aitoolsplease.com
Company/Tax IDs (if any): AI Tools Please

2) What we do

We provide:

  • A directory/search of third‑party AI tools, websites and apps;
  • Editorial content (news, guides, reviews, comparisons, articles);
  • Ranking/recommendation features (e.g., “Top”, “Trending”, or personalized suggestions);
  • User contributions such as ratings, reviews, comments, and user‑submitted listings; and
  • Optional business listings/“claim your page” and advertising/affiliate placements.

We do not control or operate the listed third‑party products. We are not a party to your contracts with third‑party vendors and are not responsible for third‑party content, pricing, or availability.

3) Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least [age threshold: 16/18] or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher.
  • If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
  • We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms (see Section 13).

4) Your use of the site

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • break the law or others’ rights (including IP, privacy, consumer protection and competition rules);
  • post or link to illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or hateful content;
  • scrape the site without permission, interfere with security, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the service;
  • use the site to spam or to promote malware, scams, or unsafe products;
  • misrepresent your affiliation with any tool/vendor.

Some parts of the site may be subject to additional rules, feature‑specific terms, or acceptable‑use policies. If there’s a conflict, those specific terms apply.

5) User content & licence you grant us

If you submit, post, or upload content (e.g., reviews, ratings, screenshots, tool listings, prompts) you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to host, store, reproduce, publish, display, translate, moderate, and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve the service, including in search results, recommendations and promotional materials. You retain ownership of your content.

You promise that your submissions are lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and do not infringe any rights. You are solely responsible for your content.

Moral rights: to the extent permitted by law, you waive and agree not to enforce any moral rights you may have in your content against us.

6) Content moderation (EU/UK DSA-style transparency)

We apply content moderation to keep the directory trustworthy. Moderation may involve automated tools and human review to detect spam, scams, IP infringements, safety risks, or rule violations. We may:

  • remove or demote content, de‑list or de‑rank tools, limit reach, or disable features;
  • suspend or terminate accounts (see Section 13);
  • request verification or additional information from vendors or reviewers.

When we take action that affects your content or account, we will state the main reasons and offer an appeal through our internal complaint channel (see Section 7). Emergency actions (e.g., malware) may occur without notice; we’ll notify you afterwards where lawful and feasible.

Our high‑level moderation criteria include authenticity, relevance, safety, legality, and usefulness to users. We do not remove content simply because it is negative toward a vendor, provided it follows our rules and applicable law.

7) Complaints & appeals (internal)

If we remove or restrict your content/account and you disagree, you can use our internal complaint process:
Email: contact@aitoolsplease.com with subject “Moderation Appeal” and include your account email, the URL(s) affected, and reasons. We aim to review within a reasonable time and will confirm the outcome. This does not limit your right to seek external redress.

8) Rankings, recommendations & advertising transparency

Our directory shows lists such as “Top”, “Trending”, “Editor’s Picks”, or personalized suggestions. Signals may include user activity, review quality, freshness, safety, editorial judgment, and relevance. Where a result is sponsored or an affiliate placement, we label it clearly (e.g., “Ad”, “Sponsored”, or “Affiliate”). Vendors cannot pay to boost organic rankings, but may buy clearly‑marked ads.

If you use signed‑in personalization, you can toggle personalization off [in settings] and still use the service in non‑personalized mode.

9) Third‑party links, affiliates & disclosures

The site links to or embeds third‑party sites, stores, and content. These are outside our control. We may earn affiliate commissions when you click links or sign up/purchase after visiting a listing; our editorial content is independent of affiliate relationships. Prices and availability shown on our site may differ from the vendor’s site; always check the vendor’s latest terms and pricing.

10) Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own the site and its look‑and‑feel, databases, and original content. You may not copy, frame, scrape, or create derivative works without our written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law or fair‑dealing/fair‑use exceptions.

Trademarks and logos of third‑party tools belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes.

11) Notice of alleged IP infringement (DMCA/UK/EU)

We respect IP rights. If you believe material on our service infringes your rights, please send a notice containing: (a) your contact details; (b) identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material (URL); (c) a statement of good‑faith belief; (d) a statement under penalty of perjury (US) or an equivalent truthful statement (EU/UK); and (e) your physical or electronic signature.

Designated DMCA Agent (US):
Name/Dept: N/A
Address: N/A
Email: contact@aitoolsplease.com
We will respond expeditiously and may remove or disable access to the reported material. Where applicable, we may forward counter‑notices to the complainant and restore material unless court action is filed within statutory deadlines.

Repeat infringers: We may terminate accounts that repeatedly or egregiously infringe IP rights.

12) Data protection & cookies (high-level)

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. In brief: we process personal data as a controller to operate and improve the service, on the bases described in our Privacy Policy, and we use cookies/SDKs only with appropriate consent where required. You can withdraw or change consents at any time through the cookie banner/settings. For more, see the Privacy & Cookies documents.

13) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, create legal risk, endanger users, or if we are required to do so by law or by a partner. We will normally give notice and reasons, except where immediate action is necessary. You may stop using the service at any time; you can also request account deletion [via settings or by email].

We may preserve or disclose account information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, or protect our users or the public.

14) Service changes

We continuously improve the service and may add/change/remove features. We will not materially reduce core functionality for paid listings (if offered) during a committed billing period without proportionate remedies stated in the relevant commercial terms.

15) AI‑generated and editorial content — important disclaimers

Some pages include AI‑assisted summaries, classifications, or metadata. AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Editorial reviews and opinions are subjective. We provide the site “as is” for informational purposes only and do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify critical information directly with the vendor.

16) Warranties and liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non‑waivable consumer rights under applicable law).

Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • the service is provided “as is” and “as available”;
  • we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non‑infringement, quiet enjoyment);
  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages;
  • our total liability for all claims relating to the service in any 12‑month period is limited to the greater of £10 or the amounts you paid us for paid features in that period (excluding ad spend), unless mandatory law requires a higher cap.

If you are a consumer in the UK/EU, you may have statutory rights that these Terms cannot override. Those rights remain unaffected.

17) Indemnity (for business users)

If you use the service on behalf of a business, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

18) Beta features & feedback

We may offer beta or experimental features. They are provided “as is,” may break or change without notice, and may be subject to additional terms. If you submit feedback, you grant us a free, perpetual licence to use it without obligation.

19) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our service, or business practices.

  • If the changes are material, we will provide reasonable prior notice (e.g., by posting a notice on the site or emailing registered users).
  • The updated Terms will apply from the date stated in the notice.
  • If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service before the updated Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

20) Governing law & jurisdiction

  • If you are a consumer in the UK or EU/EEA: these Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, and you may bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
  • If you are elsewhere: these Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (except that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect our rights).

21) Consumer rights (UK/EU)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU/EEA, you have mandatory legal rights under consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

  • If we offer paid features or subscriptions, you may have cancellation/withdrawal rights under local law. Those will be explained in the relevant purchase terms.
  • For free use of the service, statutory withdrawal rights generally do not apply.

22) Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, and any feature-specific terms, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the service. They replace any prior agreements or understandings.

23) Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, the rest of the Terms will remain valid and enforceable.

24) No waiver

Our failure or delay in enforcing any part of these Terms does not mean we waive our rights to enforce them later.

25) Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations (for example, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets) provided that this does not reduce your statutory rights.
